Harmony Homeowners Association
Harmony operates an active Homeowner’s Association to protect property values and preserve the community’s quality of life by enforcing deed restrictions and guidelines.
Comprised of Harmony homeowners, the community’s Homeowners Association maintains street lighting, sprinkler systems in public green spaces, seasonal flowers at the entry and landscaping of green belts.
The Association also maintains adequate reserve funds for future improvements.
Families become members of the Harmony Homeowners Association when they acquire title to their home and remain members as long as they hold title to the property.
